I’m Kim, an historian, researcher and collector. I’ve been collecting crystal fortune dice for about ten years now and I made this site to share my love of these wonderful objects.

My own journey with these beautiful and mysterious objects began quite a few years ago when I acquired my first one at auction for the business I was running at the time. I had an online Curiosity Shop selling all sorts of small curios and collectables and when I found it I was intrigued:

    What was this mysterious object?

    What was it for?

    When was it made?

    How was it used?

When I was able to answer these questions, as best I could at the time, I named them, paired them with antique and vintage jewel boxes, accessorised them with stands and little bags to protect them and handmade and printed my own instructions taken from an old, original, ragged copy which was falling apart. I sent them all over the world and it seemed – just like that – they were gone!

I had kept one or two for myself, but continued to search for them, anywhere and everywhere. Never did I find one close to home, having to scour the internet and purchase from all over the world.

I knew that one day, after expanding my knowledge and abilities, I would know how to use them in a magical way and I could properly prepare them ready for their perfect owner.

And here we are today.
